At the centre of the camp lies the both dining area and lounge area, serving as the meeting point for travelers. The furnishings are designed to complement the outdoors, with a palette of whites, greens, and yellows, creating an extension of the plains. The lounge area offers comfort with large sofas and a cozy campfire to enjoy during the chilly African nights. The tent’s side is often elevated, offering views of the wildlife-filled pocket of the Serengeti as animals roam freely. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area provides a perfect spot to unwind and savor delicious meals prepared by onsite chefs. With eight tents all located under canvas, each offering stunning views of the plains, guests enjoy luxury and comfort at its best. The tented suites include a lounge area with sofas to comfortably recline and take in the vista. A dressing area features handcrafted cupboards, while a king-size bed with draped netting ensures a restful night’s sleep, complemented by soft carpets throughout. Every tented suite also boasts an en-suite bathroom with a natural-themed shower and flushing toilet. With the majestic African night sky above, Olmara Camp includes two tented suites designed as ‘star domes’, featuring an open rooftop above large cushions, allowing you to fall asleep under the stars.
