Tripadvisor Feedback Kicheche Valley Camp

My husband and I have been on safari several times and this was hands down the best experience. Not only did we see a cheetah chase and two lion prides fighting thanks to our incredible guide, Bernard, it was also the best hospitality we have ever experienced out of all 48 countries we have visited. It truly does not get any better. The manager Minnie is so sweet and accommodating. We were both blown away by the level of service provided by her team.

Every detail was well thought out and met with a warm attitude. My husband and I were also extremely impressed by our guide, Bernard’s ability to predict animal behavior to get us in position for the best viewings we have ever experienced. He truly has a sixth sense. The tents were beautiful and very comfortable. Soft beds. The lack of AC were not any issue at all as the weather was very mild and nice and cool at night. A massive thank you to everyone at Kicheche! Also the massages and food were wonderful!!

Review by Brittany W

As a family of four on our first safari I wasn’t really sure what to expect. However, from the moment we arrived at the camp and were greeted by Minnie and her team, I had a feeling things would be great. We stayed in the Saba suite. It was beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and hot showers. We had a large balcony at the front of the tent and were able to view a variety of animals while relaxing between safari drives. All the staff were amazing, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Mika was our guide. He has so much knowledge, clearly has a love of the area and animals, answered our many questions and provided us with amazing opportunities to view so many different animals. It was my birthday while staying at the camp and the team made sure it was a birthday to remember. We have family memories that we will treasure forever.

Asante sana Kicheche.
